Warm day-bed areas!
The 8 cm high double sack-hoses rubber granulate represent a 2,5 styropore isolation, very important fact for cold climate stables and outside day-bed areas. The rigth material choice guarantees best lying comfort!
Soft day-bed areas
Density and rubber granulate grain size (3 - 6 mm), gurantee best shaping and longlasting softness.
The very serious German DLG Test proves it: after 100.000 pressures of 1 tonne (representing about 10 years use), the Agrotel mattress only lot 2 mm of elasticity. (see graph)
Hygienical day-bed areas
Thanks to the waterproof cover, the base stays dry, clean and free of bacteries. The base interwining technique forms square sack-hoses through the animal weight action and allows the cover to lie on a flat surface without pleats. At the back end comes the mattress to 0 level and creates a self-cleaning action. Being waterproof, the cover can be washed by high-pressure cleaner.
Unskidding cover
The structured cover and the base softness guarantee, when even wet or muddy, absolute nonskid. The DLG preferance test showed that cows prefered at 97 % Agrotel mattresses.
